 |  I have been living at Gateway Place for a year! I love it! I’m renewing my contract! I really like how kind and committed the people from customer service are, Tayz when she was around and now Luz. They are very helpful and kind. Also it is a plus that they are bilingual. |

 | We have been living at Gateway since June 2019. We are currently in the Phase 1 2 bed 1 bath. We were moving from California back to Colorado, and Gateway was very understanding of the limited time he had when visiting prior to the move. Amber and Amanda were so amazing with letting us tour, helping us apply, and so kind and helpful. It was such a breath of fresh air compared to our experience in California. |
 | Gateway Apartments is an awesome community! My partner and I went on a tour of the community and was welcomed by their entire staff. We had the opportunity to work with Tayz Enrique, and she was amazing! We talked through our accommodations and made us feel like we found our forever home. Great place! |
 | Gateway place is an awesome apartment complex with really cool amenities that I’ve never had before! There are regular events and parties that are so fun and a great way to connect with others. The leasing office staff are always kind, understanding, and supportive. In fact, everyone here (including maintenance) goes out of their way to make sure you feel at home. |
 | These apartments have been the best we have ever rented. Especially a thank you to the wonderful staff they have been amazing. They really make you feel like your a part of there family. And I love they way you tell them something is wrong and you will have maintenence right away and they fix your problem right away. And I love they why they are so kind with your pets. Especially Gracie Aguilar she is so amazing and very helpful and respectful. |
 | This review is a few months overdue. My husband and I rented an apartment in Phase II. The apartment was beautiful. Very spacious and very quiet. Neighbors were also great. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience at this apartment complex. Pamela and her team went above and beyond to meet our expectations. I loved their events where they handed out snacks, donuts or breakfast items to residents. They didn’t have to do these things but they did and that made a big difference. Maintenance requests were handed in a timely and friendly manner. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a place to call home. FYI, I’m a very picky person. My husband and I have lived and rented all over the country and this place is truly a gem. |
