Gateway Place Apartments Pet Policy
To maintain a comfortable and safe environment for all residents and pets, we have the following pet guidelines:
- Pet Limit: Up to 2 pets per apartment.
- Weight Restriction: Pets must not exceed 75 pounds.
- Breed Restrictions: Certain aggressive breeds may not be allowed. Contact us for details.
- Allowed Pets: Dogs, cats, fish (up to a 50-gallon tank), and birds. Exotic pets are not permitted.
- Required Documents: All pets must have up-to-date vaccination records and a recent photo submitted before move-in.
- Pet Fees: Gateway Place will determine a nonrefundable fee for all residents who own pets. The determined amount is stated in the Animal Addendum.
