The first payment (Move-In Payment) is due on or before move-in date and before keys are provided. This includes all one-time fees, deposit, and prorated rent.
When do I pay the deposit?

How many units are there?
We have 354 Units total – 144 in Phase II and 210 in Phase I.
How do I pay my rent?
You can pay your rent online through BILT, or with a Cashier's Check. NO MONEY ORDERS.
